		<description><![CDATA[Thank you for this post!  I am a firm believer in copying the masters in the beginning, eventually by doing this our own unique voice emerges.  The first time I ever hear this concept articulated (I&#039;d been practicing the concept before I even understood what a &quot;concept&quot; was and continue to do so with every new skill I wish to master) was by Stephen King.  He encouraged new writers to copy and mimic their favorite authors (something he did) and by doing so they learn what works what doesn&#039;t and where room is made for their own voice to come through, until it&#039;s all their voice.   I just listened to your interview with Koren Motekaitis and have been hearing about you from Martha Beck, I will be picking up my own copy of The Talent Code today!]]></description>
