The good news is that a lot of Creative Thinking craftsmen and women have already noted down many of the techniques, activities and &#039;training&#039; needed to generate creative ideas and solutions. Michael Michalko&#039;s &quot;Cracking Creativity&quot; I heartily recommend; as well as work by Edward de Bono, Roger von Oech, Michael Gelb and Robert Fritz.
The biggest challenge in your thesis- and the area I think needs &#039;more practice&#039; is ignition. How do you find and grow motivation? Once one is motivated and sustained, putting in the hours- and finding a super coach- is less problematic.
I love your stuff, just want to take it to a few more levels...</description>
