		<description>Thanks for this post, Daniel. Inspiring and informative as usual. Part of my daily workout is to juggle 5 pound sandbags, but I often interrupt that and juggle nearly weightless plastic pins to put on a different coat of myelin. 

I have a great distraction device called the internet. Unfortunately it always wins. :-)</description>

the part about tiger is interesting in that i&#039;ve read he goes nuts at the slightest distractions on the golf course. has his caddy go and kick some a-- of anyone that distracts him.</description>
